The three to plan around

If you only come once a week

Thursday's beginners' bay takes ten people at two tables. It runs forty minutes, costs nothing, and most of our Monday regulars started at it.

Saturday is the one with the whistle. Two seat changes across the evening, which sounds fussy and turns out to be the reason strangers end up talking.

Monday belongs to the growers. It is the quietest night we run, the kitchen does one dish, and the last hand is usually done by half nine.

Thu 5pm
